How non-exclusive pricing works and what you are actually paying for.
What does “non-exclusive” actually mean?+
It means we do not sell a county to one contractor and lock everyone else out. The opportunities come from public records, so the information was never ours to fence off. Another shop in your county may subscribe too. What you are paying for is the work of finding, scoring, and delivering those filings early, and getting there first is still about how fast you act.
Is this pay-per-lead?+
No. You pay one flat monthly rate for your plan, and you see every opportunity in your coverage area. We never charge per lead, never run a per-contact auction, and never bill you more for a busy month. The price is the price.
How does county coverage work?+
Each plan includes a set number of counties: 1 on Starter, up to 3 on Local, and up to 8 on Regional. You choose which counties, and you can swap them as your service area shifts. If you need more counties than Regional covers, tell us your area and we will work out a fit.
Can I change plans or cancel?+
Yes, anytime. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Upgrade when you add counties, downgrade when you tighten focus, or cancel outright. Your coverage stays active through the period you have already paid for.
Which trades can I subscribe for today?+
HVAC and electrical are live today. Other trades, including low-voltage, roofing, plumbing, and more, are rolling out on the same engine. If your trade is not live yet, tell us your area and we will send you an estimated release date. See the trades page for the full list.
Do you guarantee a certain number of opportunities?+
No, and we will not pretend to. The number of commercial filings in a county depends on how much commercial activity is actually happening there. We surface everything with real scope that fits your trade. If your area is quiet for a stretch, you see that honestly rather than getting padded with residential noise.
